Write down what you eat. No judgement.
Dnevnik prehrane ("food diary") is an Android app for people who eat by a weekly meal plan. Meals, photos, reports and help for the hard moments, all in one place.
The app is private for now, isn't available for public download, and its screens are in Slovene.
A day with Dnevnik prehrane
7.00 Breakfast
Log a meal
A photo, the dish and its ingredients with amounts, like in a notebook. Calories for each ingredient add up on their own. Everything works offline, and entries sync when the connection returns.
12.30 Lunch
Ask Claude what's on the plate
The photo and description go to the Claude app on your phone, under your own account, and only when you press the button. Copy the reply and paste it back: ingredients and calories fill in by themselves, and your own weights take priority.
16.00 Snack
Your meal plan, always at hand
Your weekly plan is in the app, with meals and macros for each day. If a meal matches the plan, one tap logs it. Reminders nudge you at meal times, if you want them.
21.30 Evening
When a craving hits, press SOS
A craving is like a wave: it builds, peaks and falls. A pause, a falling-blocks game, breathing and your own plan help you ride it out. If it doesn't work out, that's still a useful entry, no judgement. Help contacts are always on screen.
19.00 On Sundays
Your week on one screen
Calories by day against the plan, macros and meal photos. The notification only says your review is ready. The numbers stay in the app.
